Not a government agency
PermitMobile is a private software company. We are not a municipal building department, government agency, permit issuer, or inspector. We do not approve, deny, issue, or revoke building permits.

Building permit data accuracy
PermitMobile displays building permit status information retrieved from third-party municipal portals and public sources. This data may be delayed, incomplete, incorrectly formatted, or temporarily unavailable.
- Portal outages, maintenance, or changes by municipalities may affect updates.
- Scraped or aggregated status labels may not reflect the latest in-person or internal review steps.
- Permit numbers, addresses, or municipality selections entered incorrectly will produce inaccurate results.
- Not every jurisdiction or permit type may be supported.
