- Subscription status and Stripe customer identifier (we do not store full payment card numbers).
Permit and project information
- Permit numbers, municipality names, project addresses, and ZIP codes you submit.
- Building permit status, review history, and scrape health metadata retrieved from municipal portals.
- Timestamps showing when permit records were created or last updated.
Technical and usage information
- Device type, browser, IP address, and general usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
- Error and performance data to diagnose issues with permit status checks and dashboard access.
How we use your information
We use collected information to operate PermitMobile and deliver permit tracking for your remodeling projects.

We retain account and permit data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or billing purposes.

International users
PermitMobile is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of PermitMobile after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
